I can honestly say after a few Ion Cleanse treatments with Tania I have never felt better. My acid reflux is subsided, my sleep pattern is on track and I was able to workout for the first time in months. I am a loyal customer to Sole to Soul.

WOW!! Just after on treatment I was feeling so refreshed and my energy was wonderful. It’s amazing how great you feel when you release those nasty toxins in our bodies and replace them with alkaline water and more oxygen for your blood. It’s a whole new day..

It was pretty scary all the toxins I have/had but I do feel great now. Not so heavy.

I am on a mission to lose weight so with my trainer, my proper diet and Ion cleanses at Sole to Soul I have seen a major weight loss.

Not skeptical anymore! My son who is 15 years old struggles with sleep and ADHD. Twice a week I take him to see Tania at Sole to Soul and he is a focused kid that sleeps well now and honestly never did for years, he was medicated in order to function and rest… The only thing I have changed in his life is him getting Ion cleanse detox twice a week and drinking alkaline water!

By the way, Shirley thought Dawn was amazing and she gets stuff done in Toronto up at Blue Mountain and thought her massage was the best

I was very impressed at how I felt immediately after my ion cleanse, it was fabulous. i had not as many aches and pains. My alkaline  ( alka-soul) water stick is my new BFF… So simple release the toxins and stay alkaline!!!!

Wow!!! Ok can’t believe the power of reflexology. I was skeptical but now after 2 treatments,  I am a true believer!!

I have learned so much from Tania at Sole to Soul about acid to alkaline and detox. This is something everyone should do so they can feel better and fight these awful toxins that we have in our world. I am a loyal customer for ever and I feel great!!

The Ion cleanse has helped my knee injury immensely. Wow and it’s just a half an hour. I am walking the dogs again.
